Check Your Ants-Co Email in Gmail

Follow the two steps below to read and send your Ants-Co email (name@antscolimited.com) directly from your personal Gmail — no need to check a separate inbox.

Open Gmail Settings Opens Gmail's "Accounts and Import" tab in a new tab
Before you start: have your Ants-Co email address and its password ready — the one you were given when your mailbox was set up (or whatever you've since changed it to).

1 Receive your Ants-Co mail in Gmail

On the Accounts tab, find "Check mail from other accounts" and click "Add a mail account"

  1. Enter your full Ants-Co email address (e.g. name@antscolimited.com), click Next
  2. Choose "Import emails from my other account (POP3)", click Next
  3. Fill in the fields below exactly, then check "Leave a copy of retrieved message on the server" and "Always use a secure connection (SSL)"
  4. Click Add Account

2 Send mail as your Ants-Co address

Gmail will ask "Would you like to also be able to send mail as this address?" — choose Yes

  1. Enter your name as you'd like it to appear (e.g. Bamvi Jauro), leave "Treat as an alias" checked, click Next Step
  2. Fill in the fields below, selecting "Secured connection using SSL"
  3. Click Add Account — Gmail sends a verification code to your Ants-Co inbox
  4. Open your Ants-Co inbox (via staff webmail, or check the newly connected Gmail account after a few minutes) to find the code, then enter it in Gmail to confirm
